Spring Into Action

There is nothing like having the pressure of twelve fabulous bloggers to get you moving on a project.  Linda over at My Crafty Home Life invited me to her Spring Into Action party.  It was just what I needed to get me moving on one of many projects around the house.  So, here I am kicking it off with my project that should be completed by the end of April!  Thanks Linda for getting me moving.

I am going to refinish this great coffee table that made its way from our basement to our family room when we got 2 new couches.  I bought this years ago at Goodwill for a lake home we used to have.  I love the modern lines and clean look, but am not digging the rustic painted finish.  So I better get to stripping the paint......got a deadline to meet and peer blog pressure.

Go check out what all the other Spring Into Action dozen are doing.

You are really taking it on. I hate stripping furniture. Who can blame you for procrastinating that one! Can't wait to see how you refinish it.

Look forward to seeing what you do with this table, Laurie! It is amazing what one can find at stores like Goodwill.
